Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Superintendent based in Mumbai. The Marine Superintendent will oversee daily marine operations,QHSE , manage vessel compliance, ensure efficient ship management, and conduct necessary inspections. The role also includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supervising vessel performance, and ensuring alignment with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Marine ,QHSE , and Tanker Operations
• Proficiency in Ship Management and managing compliance standards
• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Knowledge in Vetting processes to ensure vessel suitability and safety
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the maritime or shipping industry is highly advantageous
• Relevant maritime certifications and qualifications are essential
