BIM Designer with relevant Diploma / Engineering as required.

Delivering of CAD / BIM work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

• To promote safe behavior at all times.
• To provide discipline specific design and drafting services that meet the Project’s, and applicable statutory and regulatory, requirements.
• To provide technical support to the team during design, engineering, and construction.
• Preparation and checking of all types of Piping or Layout design deliverables such as General Arrangement Drawings, Civil Package Drawings, 3D Models in Revit, Piping, Material Take-Offs, etc.
• Interdisciplinary check of all Civil / Structural / Piping / Mechanical / Electrical / drawings.
• Produce 2D drawings in Revit.
• Coordination of all BIM related activities to the discipline.
• Working experience on Scan to BIM conversation using Revit.
• Working Knowledge of CDE like BIM360, ACC, ProjectWise.
• Proficient with ISO-9650 & PAS-1192.
• Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
