We’re now looking for our founding HR & People Operations Lead to help us build a thoughtful, people-first culture as we scale.
What you’ll own
1. Hiring & Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end hiring for tech, product, marketing, and operations rolesDraft JD’s, post roles, screen profiles, schedule interviewsDesign a structured, bias-aware interview processBuild and manage a strong talent pipeline via LinkedIn, referrals, and communities2. People Operations & Culture
Set up HR policies, handbooks, and basic HR systems for a growing startupDrive onboarding & offboarding that feels human, clear, and respectfulCreate simple, transparent processes around leave, performance, and feedbackHelp founders shape a culture of respect, clarity, and accountability3. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain employee records and HR documentationCoordinate with founders / CA for contracts, NDAs, and basic HR complianceSupport in drafting offer letters, consultant agreements, and internship letters4. Engagement & Well-being
Run simple but meaningful rituals : check-ins, 1 : 1s, town halls, feedback loopsKeep a pulse on team morale and proactively flag issuesHelp design small initiatives around learning, recognition, and team bondingYou’ll be a great fit if you :
Have 2–6 years of experience in HR / Talent / People Ops (startup or tech preferred)Are comfortable owning both hiring + day-to-day HR opsCommunicate clearly, calmly, and respectfully—even under pressureEnjoy building processes from scratch instead of just following existing onesAre comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startupCare about people, boundaries, mental health and fairness at workAre okay working with some ambiguity while things are still being builtNice-to-have (but not mandatory)
Experience hiring for tech / product / marketing rolesPrior experience in an early-stage startupFamiliarity with HR tools (ATS, HRMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)What we offer
