Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Backend Developer located in Kochi, with flexibility for partial remote work. As a Senior Backend Developer at Leadmetrics, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C# and (link unavailable) Core. You will develop robust back-end functionalities, ensure system security, and optimize server performance. Collaboration with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members is essential to deliver seamless digital marketing solutions. You will work with databases like Postgres and MongoDB, utilizing Entity Framework Core, Repository Patterns, and Dependency Injection. Managing and optimizing Azure services such as Container Apps, Blob Storage, and Queues will be part of your responsibilities, along with supporting CI / CD pipelines to streamline deployments. You will also contribute to system architecture discussions and initiatives to improve code quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in .Net, C#, (link unavailable) Core and API development
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end features
• Knowledge of scalable architecture, performance optimization, and best coding practices
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Solid foundation in Computer Science principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in AI-based software or digital marketing applications is a strong plus.
