Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Kukatpally, Hyderabad involves serving as a Makeup Trainer at TIFT. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering makeup artistry curriculum, conducting hands-on training sessions, evaluating students' progress, guiding students in shaping their portfolio, and staying updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques. The trainer will also offer guidance and support to students, helping them refine their skills and build confidence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Makeup Artistry from CIDESCO / VLCC / Lakme Academy preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Teaching and Training
• Strong expertise in Makeup Techniques, Hair Styling, Saree Draping, Beauty Trends, and Skincare Fundamentals
• Exceptional skills in Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal interactions
• Ability to keep up-to-date with industry advancements and integrate them into curriculum
• Candidates with prior experience in training roles only will be preferred

Compensation

Rs.3.6LPA to Rs.4.8LPA

Demo Makeup (Candidate to arrange Model & Vanity kit), Demo Class (Candidate to prepare and share the ppt - Choice of topic lies with the candidate), Personal Interview

We're flexible with the compensation for the right candidate but final compensation depends on candidates certification, experience and performance through the selection process.
