Assistant Technical Program Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Support senior program managers in planning and tracking project deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and update

progress.

Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and status reports.

Attend and contribute to team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.

Learn and apply project management tools and best practices.

Identify potential risks or blockers and escalate them appropriately.

Continuously seek to improve processes and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications :

BTech degree with a specialization in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information

Technology (preferably from the 2024 or 2025 batch).

Strong interest in project / program management and technology.

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace;

familiarity with tools like Jira / Trello is

a plus.
