Lead - AI / ML & Generative AI

Qualifications

• Education : Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI / ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java; experience with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Cloud Tech : Azure, GCP ,AWS . Preferable is Azure
• Domain Knowledge : Expertise in the insurance domain, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management : Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale AI / ML projects from conception to deployment.
• Innovation : Proven track record of driving innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies in AI / ML and generative AI.
