Location : Bangalore | Bengaluru

We're searching for a proactive, brilliant problem-solver to join our team in Bengaluru as a Senior Flutter Engineer. This is a high-impact role focused on architecting and building the next generation of low-latency mobile and web trading applications that will empower traders across India. Responsibilities :

Architecture Ownership : Take ownership of the technical architecture and development of critical features for our multi-platform applications built on Flutter (targeting iOS, Android, and the Web).
Product Partnership : Collaborate closely with product and design teams to fundamentally rethink the future of Trading and Investing, translating complex business goals into elegant technical solutions.
Low-Latency Performance : Dive deep into latency-sensitive workflows, profiling and optimizing code to ensure the trading platform is not just fast, but flawless and reliable for every single trade execution.
High-Impact Delivery : Design and implement scalable, robust state management solutions and business logic within the Flutter framework.
Team Excellence : Thrive in a small, super-skilled team environment, maintaining high standards for code quality, conducting rigorous code reviews, and contributing to a culture passionate about pushing technical boundaries and excelling every single day.

Requirements :

Experience : 8+ years of professional mobile / web development experience, with a minimum of 2 solid years dedicated exclusively to Flutter application development across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

Platform Fundamentals : Possess rock-solid fundamentals and deep knowledge of underlying native Android / iOS components and modern application architecture principles (e.g., MVVM, BLoC, Provider).

Dart Expertise : Expert proficiency in the Dart language, asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams), and performance tuning within the Flutter rendering engine.

Impact Drive : Demonstrate a relentless drive to make a massive impact in the highly competitive and fast-paced world of FinTech and trading.

State Management : Proven experience implementing advanced state management solutions in production Flutter applications.

Problem-Solving : Exceptional technical and analytical problem-solving skills required to diagnose and resolve complex, intermittent performance issues in a distributed system.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with WebSocket or similar protocols for real-time data streaming.

Familiarity with financial data and trading concepts (e.g., market data, order types).

Experience integrating Flutter with platform-specific native code via Method Channels.

Knowledge of automated testing practices (unit, widget, and integration testing) within the Flutter ecosystem.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools for automated Flutter deployment to the App Store and Google Play.
