Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform - API, EAI, B2B projects
Strong experience in L2 and L3 activities for Mulesoft application maintenance and support of Interfaces and Platforms
Prior exposure to GIT, Jenkins, and AnyPoint MQ
Basic knowledge of Enterprise Integration Architecture and Patterns
Ticketing tools like ServiceNow
Good-to-Have
Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
Continuous learning of modernized Integration platforms (cloud native Integrations and latest iPaaS products
Good hands-on in Integration Monitoring tools and dashboards
Proactive monitoring and providing continuous improvements in Support activities
Technical know-how in TCP / IP, Security (Basic Auth, OAuth 1.0 and OAuth 2.0, SSL / TLS)
Basic knowledge of SOAP / Rest Webservices, API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI, ARC

Experience with Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, API Management
Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric and On-premises deployment models
Configure APIs, proxy endpoints, API portals and API analytics based on technical specifications with Mulesoft API Manager
Respond to and resolve incidents escalated from operational teams and performance tuning requests utilizing critical thinking skills
Configure monitoring, custom application alerts, flow metrics using third party monitoring tools like Splunk
Experience working directly with technical and business teams
Deploying and configuring integration applications in Mulesoft Anypoint platform
Work with developers to triage production bugs, manage queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues
Strong understanding and experience with security (e.g., SSL / Mutual SSL, SAML, OAuth, Certificates)
Process improvement : Enable Observability dashboard for end-to-end monitoring, Operational scripts for Integrations
