Job Description (Telephonic Interviewer) : -

• Conduction of telephonic interviews / Survey calling
• Attend outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different campaigns
• Build sustainable relationships and engage respondents by taking the extra mile
• Collection of conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets

Languages Required : Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Oriya, Assamese, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam.

Eligibility Criteria : -

18-35 years of age

12thpass or above

Proficient / familiar in computer operation
