About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter), with 10+ years of experience in building high-performance mobile apps for iOS and Android. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter, especially in environments with offline or low connectivity, advanced memory management and WebView integration.

You'll take the lead in architecting, developing and optimizing apps for scale, responsiveness, and stability, while also mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across design and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter mobile applications
  • Design and implement offline-first architecture, including local storage, data sync and conflict resolution
  • Optimize apps for low memory usage, fast load times and smooth performance
  • Integrate and manage WebViews with secure native-web communication
  • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers for seamless product delivery
  • Perform code reviews and enforce Flutter best practices
  • Write maintainable code with thorough documentation and test coverage
  • Troubleshoot issues across a variety of devices and network conditions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years in mobile app development, with 5+ years working with Flutter & Dart
  • Offline / low-connectivity strategies
  • Memory optimization, background processing and resource efficiency
  • WebView integration and hybrid app communication
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications and third-party SDKs
  • Experience deploying apps on both Android and iOS
  • Familiar with state management
  • Proficiency with Git and CI / CD pipelines

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in native Android / iOS development
  • Familiar with Clean Architecture and scalable app design patterns
  • Performance profiling tools (Flutter DevTools, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments)
  • Contributions to open-source Flutter libraries or plugins
