High-Performing SAP IS Retail Consultant

This role involves leading implementation and support of SAP Retail modules, focusing on Contracting and Business Partner Management.

Key responsibilities include :

Implementation Support : Provide expert-level support for SAP Retail module implementations.
Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP MM and Retail processes to meet business requirements.
Requirements Gathering System Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
Testing Troubleshooting : Conduct system testing including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), identify and resolve issues related to SAP MM and Retail functionalities.
Documentation : Develop comprehensive documentation including business process flows, configuration guides, and technical specifications.
Integration : Ensure seamless integration of SAP Retail with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, and PP.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of contract management processes within SAP Retail.

The qualifications for this role include :

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

12–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail (Contract Management Business partner management process).

Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
