This role requires a mix of functional understanding, technical comfort, and
communication skills to ensure each implementation is handled with precision and
accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the Delivery phase of SaaS
implementation.
Understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations withinMeritto’s platform.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for setup,testing, and rollout activities.
Ensure all implementation tasks are tracked, updated, and completed as per definedtimelines.
Maintain detailed documentation, delivery status reports, and client communicationrecords.
Conduct validation and sanity checks post-deployment to ensure the solution isfunctioning as intended.
Use Excel / Google Sheets actively for reporting and maintaining delivery records.Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders throughout theimplementation lifecycle.
Manage all tickets and delivery tasks for assigned clientele proactively and withoutfollow-up or reminders, ensuring complete ownership and accountability for case
closure.
What You’ll Bring
Experience : 1–3 years of SaaS Implementation or Delivery experience, preferably inCRM, or ERP systems.
Education : BE / B.Tech, or Graduation with MBA (MBA preferred).Skills :
Strong understanding of SaaS implementation workflows and clientcoordination.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to understand business use cases and translate them into productimplementation.
Highly organized and accountable, capable of independently managing assignedclient portfolios and deliverables.
