- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 2+ years in leadership or strategic roles.
- Proven experience leading digital-first growth initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong data-driven mindset - ability to analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and use insights to optimize marketing programs.
- Expertise across multiple channels - social media, content marketing, paid media, email, and video storytelling.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly creative thinker with the ability to identify target audiences and craft campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of all digital and brand marketing initiatives across global markets.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.Own the social media growth strategy - explore new platforms and maximize engagement on existing ones.Define and execute customer lifecycle programs to increase adoption, engagement, and retention.Foster a culture of innovation in marketing - experiment, measure, and scale what works.Manage marketing analytics and dashboards to track performance against key metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement, ROI).Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team aligned with business goals.DISCLAIMER : This position is open only for candidates in MUMBAI.
