Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications that improve healthcare delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performance-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA) :

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using .NET, .NET Core, Angular (v8+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability across large user bases.
  • Integrate and manage SQL Server databases efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and system design improvements.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, especially in healthcare standards like HL7 and FHIR.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in healthcare applications.

Must-Have Skill Set :

  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework & .NET Core.
  • Proficiency in ADO.NET for database operations.
  • Expertise in Angular (v8+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server for database design and query optimization.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

    • Good-to-Have Skills :

  • Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 or FHIR.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
