We're Hiring : Service & Technical Engineer – Dermatology, Aesthetics & Cosmetology Devices

Location : Delhi NCR (Preferred candidates from North India / Delhi NCR)

Experience : 3+ Years in Aesthetic / Dermatology Medical Equipment

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service & Technical Engineer with proven expertise in dermatology, aesthetics, and cosmetology medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lasers, ultrasound, radio frequency, and body contouring devices, along with in-depth knowledge of device installation, troubleshooting, repair, and training.

This role is based in Delhi NCR and will involve supporting dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and medical centres across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning :
  • Install, configure, and calibrate dermatology & aesthetic medical devices (Lasers, RF, Ultrasound, Body Contouring).
  • Ensure seamless setup with complete technical documentation.
  • Service & Maintenance :
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced aesthetic devices.
  • Expertise in replacing source diode lasers and repairing laser handpieces and components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimum downtime.
  • Training & Clinical Support :
  • Conduct technical and clinical training sessions for dermatologists, technicians, and clinic staff.
  • Guide end-users on device operation, safety protocols, and treatment applications.
  • Technical Expertise :
  • Provide technical know-how on device functionality, calibration, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain service records, documentation, and reports.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and R&D teams for advanced repairs and upgrades.
  • Customer Support :
  • Act as a key technical liaison for aesthetic clinics.
  • Deliver prompt and professional after-sales support.
  • Build strong client relationships through reliable service and training.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in the aesthetic / dermatology medical equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lasers (Diode, IPL, CO₂, Q-Switched, etc.), ultrasound, RF, and body contouring technologies.
  • Proven expertise in replacing diode laser sources and repairing advanced medical equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in installation, calibration, and maintenance of aesthetic medical devices.
  • Ability to train medical professionals and clinic staff on device usage and treatment applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across North India / Delhi NCR as per client needs.

    • Education Qualification

  • B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
