Join Conceptorz , a fast-growing EdTech platform delivering high-quality online classes for GCSE, IGCSE, A Levels, AP, IB, and other international curriculums . We’re expanding our operations and seeking a proactive Human Resource / Hiring Manager to lead teacher recruitment and people operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for teachers, coordinators, and academic staff.
• Design and execute hiring strategies across , job portals, and education networks.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and onboarding for educators.
• Maintain teacher databases, performance tracking, and HR documentation .
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and improve retention.
• Support HR functions including policy creation, engagement, and internal communication .

💡 Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience in teacher recruitment, EdTech HR, or education staffing .

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, and HR tools .

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup .
