We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can turn great partnerships into long-term success stories.
What You’ll Do :
Be the primary point of contact for key accounts post-onboarding
Build and nurture strong client relationships aligned with their marketing goals
Track platform usage, identify risks, and drive proactive engagement
Guide clients through product features, campaign strategies, and performance insights
Drive renewals, upsells, and customer advocacy (testimonials, case studies, etc.)
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and integrate client feedback
What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (preferably SaaS)
Solid grasp of digital or influencer marketing tools
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Gainsight, Intercom, or Mixpanel
A customer-first, problem-solving mindset
