Job Description- Technical Project Manager

• Strong affinity towards project planning with emphasis on Implementation
• Ensure project implementations are within defined timeframe of completion with status updates to the client team and deliver web-based training / presentations covering training on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful and timely implementation for our clients
• Work collaboratively with internal parties to administer the client side, meet / exceed productivity targets, accuracy with forecasting, customer satisfaction scores to ensure value add with our clients
• Support Ongoing Customer Work and New Partner Implementations, services deployment in a SaaS environment
• Working experience in Agile methodology
• Mitigate conflict at the client management level
• Manage software implementations from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on-time and within budget
• Manage multiple projects across multiple teams
• Communicate project status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularly
• Assist with client work orders and estimates
• Experience in managing multiple Software Maintenance Projects / Programs / Change Requests
