Position Summary :
Softobiz is seeking a highly skilled ERP Change Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations (F&O) with a strong background in property management ERP implementations. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, consulting acumen, and organizational change management experience to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation programs for enterprise clients in the property management sector.

1. Client Engagement & Project Leadership :
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects within the property management domain.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to capture business requirements.
- Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Present functional and technical solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business strategy and ERP implementation.
2. Technical Implementation & Configuration :
Configure and deploy Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations modules tailored for property management workflows.Develop custom extensions, reports, and automations using :AL programming language (Business Central).X++ language (Finance & Operations).Design and manage system integrations with tenant portals, leasing systems, and third-party property management solutions.Lead data migration efforts, ensuring integrity and completeness when moving from legacy platforms.Implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend ERP capabilities.Optimize system performance, scalability, and security configurations.3. Change Management & User Adoption :
Develop comprehensive change management frameworks to support ERP adoption across property management organizations.Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for leasing, finance, and maintenance teams.Build and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge assets specific to property management workflows.Drive communication strategies and engagement initiatives to secure stakeholder buy-in.Monitor resistance points and proactively design adoption solutions.Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption and business outcomes.4. Business Process Optimization :
Map and analyze property management processes (lease lifecycle, rent roll, CAM reconciliation, maintenance management).Recommend process re-engineering and automation opportunities.Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for ERP solutions.Collaborate with clients to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ERP-enabled workflows.Lead post-implementation optimization initiatives to ensure ongoing efficiency and Qualifications :Technical Skills :
4+ years of hands-on ERP implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and / or Finance & Operations.Proficiency in AL programming (Business Central) and / or X++ (Finance & Operations).Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Experience in Azure cloud services and API-based integrations.SQL Server expertise, including database administration and query optimization.Prior experience in data migration strategies and execution.Consulting & Change Management :
5+ years of consulting experience with enterprise clients, ideally within property management or real estate.Proven expertise in ERP change management frameworks.Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to manage multi-client, multi-project engagements simultaneously.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Industry Knowledge :
In-depth knowledge of property management ERP workflows, including :
