Position Summary :

Softobiz is seeking a highly skilled ERP Change Manager specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations (F&O) with a strong background in property management ERP implementations. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, consulting acumen, and organizational change management experience to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation programs for enterprise clients in the property management sector.

The ideal candidate will be able to bridge business needs with technology, drive adoption through structured change initiatives, and ensure ERP solutions deliver measurable value across property management Responsibilities :

1. Client Engagement & Project Leadership :

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects within the property management domain.
• Conduct client discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to capture business requirements.
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Present functional and technical solutions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between business strategy and ERP implementation.
