Job descriptionBachelor’s / master’s in chemical engineering or equivalent. 15+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in hydrogen, ammonia, or related process industries. Strong knowledge of process simulation tools. Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Position : Senior Process Engineer
Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra
About the Role :
Lead process design, simulation, optimization, and technology integration for hydrogen / ammonia plants.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process calculations.
- Techno commercial evaluation of projects and licensors, technology providers and EPC Companies.
- Plant and process equipment design, including applicable international standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, HAZOPs, and risk assessments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Environmental, EPC) for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
