Legal Reasoning Faculty (UG-CLAT Coaching)

Job Summary

The role involves anchoring the UG-level Law Test-Prep Program across Career Launcher centers and external venues in Bhubaneswar. The position requires guiding and mentoring law aspirants preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) and other undergraduate law entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Deliver high-quality, engaging classroom sessions on Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Current Affairs for CLAT (UG) and other law entrance exams.

2.     Provide personalised mentoring by tracking student performance, conducting one-on-one doubt-solving sessions, and supporting their academic progress.

3.     Contribute to content development to enhance student learning and exam readiness.

4.     Conduct career awareness seminars and outreach sessions at schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :

Qualification :

• Graduate (5-year Integrated Law Program) or Postgraduate in Law from a recognised university.
• Preference for candidates from National Law Universities (NLUs).

Skills :

1.     Strong foundational understanding of Legal Reasoning and Logical Reasoning relevant to CLAT (UG).

2.     Ability to conduct sessions on General Knowledge and Current Affairs for CLAT (UG).

3.     Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4.     Familiarity with online teaching tools and digital learning platforms as well.

Experience :

Prior teaching experience (minimum 1 year) in the test-prep domain is an added advantage.
