Job Title : BTP - TM Integration Architect

Experience Required : 10+ Years

Location : Anywhere in India

Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP BTP - Transportation Management (TM) Integration Architect with over 12 years of experience in SAP technologies, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP TM, and integration architecture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud-native application design, API management, event-driven architecture, and enterprise-grade integration using SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions for SAP TM on BTP.
Define end-to-end integration architecture between SAP TM and other SAP modules (e.g., S / 4HANA, EWM) and third-party systems.
Leverage SAP BTP services such as :

SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management)

Event Mesh

Extension Suite (SAP Fiori, CAP, RAP)

Business Application Studio

Design and implement custom applications or microservices on BTP as required for the logistics domain.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand transportation and logistics business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure security, scalability, and performance in the integration landscape.

Conduct architectural reviews, performance tuning, and code reviews.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practice guidance to developers and junior architects.

Stay updated on SAP roadmap and innovation in BTP and TM.

Required Skills & Experience :

12+ years of experience in SAP ecosystem with at least 5+ years in SAP TM and 3+ years in BTP .

Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite (especially Cloud Integration and API Management).

Deep understanding of TM business processes (Freight Order, Freight Settlement, Planning, Execution).

Experience with integration protocols and technologies : IDoc, OData, SOAP, REST, RFC, SFTP, EDI, etc.

Proficiency in architecture and design patterns, microservices, event-driven integration.

Hands-on experience with SAP Extension Suite : Fiori / UI5, CAP / RAP, Node.js / Java applications.

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Excellent communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP BTP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate - BTP Extension / Integration).

Experience in logistics or supply chain domain.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Knowledge of CI / CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
