Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every customer
• Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Greet and assist customers, offering a shopping bag and guiding them to find the right products within the store
• Communicate product information, promotions, and offers to customers, and provide feedback to DMs
• Achieve set sales targets by using effective selling techniques and increasing basket size
• Maintain a well-organized store environment, adhering to retail standards and plan-o-gram
• Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, folded, and stacked, and that barcodes are attached
• Contribute to shrinkage control by recovering merchandise from trial rooms and cashcounters
• Maintain displays, props, and signage acrylics as per VM guidelines
