Role Description

Are you a sales leader with experience in the construction and mining equipment industry ? We’re looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager , Training Manager, Sales Trainer, to lead regional growth and performance.

Industry Focus :

Construction and heavy equipment sales involving brands like JCB, Tata Hitachi, Caterpillar, SANY, Hyundai CE, Kobelco , etc.

✅ Key Responsibilities :

• Drive B2B sales in construction & mining equipment
• Build and manage a strong dealer / distributor network
• Develop & implement regional sales training programs
• Enable dealer and field teams through product and solution-based training
• Drive revenue and market share through targeted strategies
• Handle key institutional clients and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams to grow brand presence
