About The Role
UA (Uniform Advantage) Brands is looking for friendly, self-motivated service professional who will be part of the business process support team reporting directly to our Operations Strategist work closely with various business teams and the Director of Strategic Planning & Project Management, Operations. Your deliverables will be around Product Availability Communication- working with specified vendors for product availability, communicating catalog styles, updating shipping status on new styles and replenishment, reviewing backorders, negotiating expedited shipping and creating reports as assigned by the team's business partners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Senior Business Process Support (BPS) Associate ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating between vendors and internal teams, maintaining accurate data, and sharing timely process updates.
