🚀 SharePoint SPFx Developer (React / Azure) - Digital CM

Full-time | 4-6 Years Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Developer to join our Digital Content Management (CM) team. This role is critical for building, securing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions on SharePoint Online . You will be essential in integrating custom applications with the broader Microsoft 365 platform using modern web technologies and secure cloud practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx with React and TypeScript .
  • Design and implement SPFx web parts and extensions, leveraging modern frontend tooling ( Node.js, npm ).
  • Integrate SharePoint applications securely with Microsoft Graph API and build complex workflows using Power Automate .
  • Implement secure app-based authentication via Azure AD and manage application secrets using Azure Key Vault .
  • Understand, utilize, and provide governance guidance on SharePoint Online Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features.
  • Manage the packaging and deployment of SPFx solutions to the SharePoint App Catalog.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in developing solutions for SharePoint Online .
  • Strong, hands-on experience with SPFx (React + TypeScript) and SPFx extensions (Application Customizers, Field Customizers).
  • Expertise in modern JavaScript / TypeScript development and tooling (Node.js, npm).
  • Practical knowledge of SharePoint Online OOB features, best practices, and governance considerations.
  • Familiarity with consuming the Microsoft Graph API and CSOM .
  • Experience in building Power Automate flows that integrate with SharePoint and Graph.
  • Basic understanding of Azure App Registration and secure secret management with Azure Key Vault .

    • Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Exposure to Kubernetes or containerized CI / CD pipelines for deploying scheduled / console jobs.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio for solution augmentation or automation.
  • Experience with other Azure services like Azure Functions , App Service , and securing APIs using Managed Identities .
