Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Virtual Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Patient Virtual Assistant will be responsible for assisting patients with appointment scheduling, answering patient inquiries, maintaining patient records, and providing administrative support. The role involves ensuring excellent patient communication and managing patient-related tasks efficiently to support the overall patient care experience.

• Relevant Experience : Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar role is beneficial.
