Key Responsibilities may include :

- Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for enterprise applications, selecting the appropriate technologies to ensure high performance and maintainability.
- Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices, coding standards, and performing regular code reviews to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA testers to ensure a cohesive development process that meets both technical and business objectives.
- Develop integrations with various enterprise systems such as ERP, Supply Chain Planning systems, or other cloud-based applications to support seamless data exchange and functionality.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability in all development projects.
- Mentor and support junior developers by providing technical guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Science or related degreeExperience in software used productively by consumers or companiesExperience / Skills and Knowledge
4+ yrs of relevant experience.JVM based languages like Scala, Java etc.Experience in troubleshooting Application data tier (e.g., web services, threading, etc.)Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, and / or PostgreSQL is required.Good grasp in SQL and querying skills with knowledge of SQL performance tuning.Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as Redis is preferred.Experience with Agile methodologiesAbility to accurately estimate level of effort and provide development estimates.Be able to explain what type of problems and algorithms you have worked on, which layer and frameworks you enjoy working on (and code with), and areas you want to learn more.Attention to detail, a drive to produce quality code, and excellent communication skills with other developers and product managers alike are essential.The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently and creatively under minimal supervision.Remote Type
