Job description

Subject Matter Expert with IBM RTC internals, customization, and administration

6 years + experience with RTC and CCM

Extensive knowledge / experience with Custom plugins for RTC

Working knowledge of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows-based databases

Proficient with the IBM Jazz / RTC environment

Work with a global team and communicate effectively
