Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong background in Core HR and Performance Management modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Performance Management and Goals, Redwood personalization, and BPM workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support Oracle HCM implementations with a primary focus on Core HR and Performance Management modules.
• Drive at least one or more end-to-end implementations in Performance Management and Goals.
• Configure and personalize Oracle HCM Cloud using Redwood framework.
• Design and optimize Business Process Management (BPM) workflows across HR functions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver functional solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants and HR stakeholders.
