Executive - Quality Control

About the Role - Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Executive- Quality :

• Testing of Finish Goods and in process sample in Liquid Ink QC Function
• Testing of in process ink sample in Liquid ink, testing of finish goods sample & in process samples of liquid ink, which include testing of shades, dispersion, tack, viscosity, flow, curing, print other parameters as per product requirement
• Ensuring consistent quality product is delivered to customer on time.
• Identifying root causes of process deviation and deciding suitable preventing action to prevent reoccurrence.
• Verify and maintain quality control records & Maintaining record of testing results
• Making entry in SAP, maintaining batch sample, master sample, testing equipment
• Coordination with stores / Engg. / AT /RM for the shift activities
  
  

Your Profile – What do You bring as Executive- Quality (f/m/d):

• 5s implementation/Safety audit/process audits/complaint analysis
• Improvement Projects / Other Project activities i.e cost saving in Quality/ other areas.
• Team Player
• Should know standard quality test methods and calibration methods of laboratory equipment
