Executive Assistant to the Director

CTC : 20 LPA

Qualification : MBA in Finance with BBA / B.E in Mechanical

Experience : 12 to 15 Years as EA to Director. (Mfg Company Background shall be preferred)

Location : Mumbai Andheri

Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director. Organise meetings and

ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and

meeting papers. ... Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the Managing Director's work including appointments and the

diary, travel and accommodation as required in addition to managing dates, producing agendas,

minutes and all key paperwork for meetings.

Key Result Areas :

Support : Provide day-to-day support : Preparation of reports, documents, presentation decks, adhoc data requests, dashboards, any reports necessary for decision making, proposals, budgets &

related activities, proposals for developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders and

partners, etc.

  • Project Management : Strategic data gathering, market research, competition overview, preparing

reports, gleaning insights from the data, making dashboards, pitch decks & presentations.

  • Initiatives : Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives taken
  • up by the company. Support business leads in tracking and follow-up on execution of various

    initiatives.

  • Cross-team collaboration : Coordinating and working with Cross Functional teams to ensure
  • project deliverables.

  • Business performance : Analysis of Business performance as per specified metrics.
  • Tools & metrics : Develop effective reporting metrics and tools to assimilate and present the
  • business performance reports periodically.

  • New initiatives and strategies : Provide support and assistance in developing and implementing
  • new business strategies. Support research on strategic aspects of existing Businesses and aid New

    Business entry decisions. Evaluate business strategy and recommend actions as and when necessary.

  • External : Providing market intelligence through competitor analysis & market research for
  • internal benchmarking. Be well aware about business competition and competitors positioning in

    market.

  • Presentations & communications : Support in preparing and / or delivering presentations,
  • business reports, preparing proposals, budgets, business forecasts, etc. Prepare various Business

    Communication / Industry submissions / Corporate Communication

  • Acquisitions & Other Strategic Projects : Assist by analysing potential acquisitions and other
  • business decisions

  • Administrative support : Scheduling and managing meetings (off-site, on-site, and virtual)
  • spanning time zones & function
