Dashboard Developer - Splunk

Role : IT User Experience Dashboard Developer

Experience : 5 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain IT User Experience dashboards in Splunk (and in the future Dynatrace SAAS) that provide a unified view of real user experiences.
• Integrate Dynatrace input with log files from different web applications, their backends, and infrastructures.
• Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improving user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the dashboards meet business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to dashboard functionality and data integration.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall user :
• Proven experience in developing dashboards and data visualization in Splunk.
• Strong knowledge of Dynatrace and experience integrating it with other data sources.
• Experience with log file analysis from web applications, backends, and infrastructures and the ability to dig into details to uncover insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
