Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role includes both in-office work in Bhopal and some work-from-home days. Day-to-day tasks will involve consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, creating travel itineraries, booking flights and accommodation, and resolving any issues that arise during travel.

Qualifications

• B2B Business Generation & Relationship Management
• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations is preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
