Role Description

Technician has to travel across INDIA. The Bakery Machine Technician will be responsible for maintaining and operating bakery machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role also involves ensuring optimal performance and supporting the overall production process through effective equipment management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure smooth operation and reduce downtime.
• Expertise in Machine Operation and Machinery to manage, calibrate, and operate bakery equipment effectively.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical or operational issues efficiently.
• Ability to follow technical manuals and schematics for machines and equipment.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the baking industry is an advantage.
• A diploma or certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
