Role

The Management Trainee plays an integral support role in the project sales process. By assisting in lead generation, customer relationship management, documentation, and on-ground sales support, you contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team.

Job responsibilities

1.Sales Assistance : Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads for private and government projects.

2. Project Coordination : Assist in project documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams for smooth execution.

2.Client Interaction : Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team and document requirements, follow-ups, and feedback.

4. Market Mapping : Conduct market visits to understand competitor presence, construction activity, and potential projects.

5.Product Demonstration Support : Assist in planning and executing product demos and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
