Role Overview
The Catalogue and Product Content Manager will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of product presentation across U.S. Polo Assn. and Tommy Hilfiger ’s ecommerce platforms. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, consistency in visual and written content, and a strong understanding of how premium customers shop online. By ensuring catalogue accuracy, clarity, and compelling storytelling, the Catalogue and Product Content Manager will elevate the brand experience, build customer confidence, and help reduce returns.
Key Responsibilities
- New Season Shoots – Coordinate photoshoots and ensure all imagery / video meet brand guidelines, are optimised for ecommerce, and exclusive to dotcom.
- PDP Optimisation – Deliver accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and size guides; optimize content for SEO, conversion, and consistent premium presentation.
- Catalogue Management – Oversee tagging, categorisation, and product attributes to enable seamless navigation and discovery.
- Collections & Merchandising – Curate high-converting collections (seasonal, thematic, promotional) aligned with campaigns.
- Data & Insights – Track performance metrics (CTR, conversion, bounce rate) and provide recommendations to enhance catalogue effectiveness.
- Customer Experience – Enrich PDPs with fabric, fit, and care details to build confidence and reduce returns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing, design, tech, and category teams to deliver catalogue excellence.
- Content Logic – Define and implement PLP logic for sequencing, sorting, and storytelling.
Key Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in catalogue management, digital merchandising, or ecommerce within premium lifestyle brands.Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of premium brand standards.Good knowledge of fabrics, fits, and fashion attributes.Ability to balance creativity and operational excellence.Analytical mindset. Experience in reducing returns through improved catalogue clarity is a plusFamiliarity with ecommerce platforms (SFCC, Shopify Plus, or similar) and DAM systems.
