Job description

Position :  Operations Associate

We are looking for a  proactive and enthusiastic Operations Associate  to join our fast-growing startup. In this role, you will be at the heart of our platform’s operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, support, and training for both suppliers and consumers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners (users / sellers / buyers), managing onboarding, product listing, order fulfilment, and payment coordination.
  • Provide timely support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries, technical issues, and operational concerns efficiently.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate partners on app installation, registration, and key functionalities, driving adoption and usage.
  • Monitor partners performance for compliance with platform policies, offering feedback to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations, technical, and support teams to streamline workflows, address escalations, and improve partners’ experience.
  • Maintain records and gather feedback on partners engagement and training to support continuous process improvement and partners retention.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Training, Customer Support, or Partners Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu; Kannada or Marathi is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps, digital platforms, e-commerce tools, and CRM or partners support & fulfilment systems.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users or customers.
  • Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive, and willing to travel for partner training, onboarding, or field support.
