Develop and implement branding strategies to build and enhance the company's image across online and offline channels.Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, graphics, and videos for marketing materials.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and prepare performance reports.Manage the company website, ensuring regular updates, SEO optimization, and content alignment with brand goals.Coordinate with design and creative agencies for branding materials, promotional videos, and digital creatives.Support offline branding initiatives such as hoardings, brochures, events, and health camp promotions.Research market trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools to improve marketing effectiveness.Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.Qualifications & Skills :
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience : 2–5 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or social media management (healthcare or service industry preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO / SEM tools, and Analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools (basic design skills preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and digital trends.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with teams.
