Company Description
ThreatLens specializes in next-generation cybersecurity solutions, leveraging advanced threat intelligence powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) . Our innovative platform enables organizations to detect, analyze, and respond to complex cyber threats with unmatched speed and precision. By integrating LLM-driven insights into security operations, ThreatLens provides enhanced visibility, improved threat remediation, and reduced risk for cloud and hybrid environments. We are at the forefront of using technology to empower organizations and foster safer digital ecosystems.
Role Description
We are seeking an AI Engineer to work on Agentic AI and Threat Intelligence Systems as part of a dynamic team. You will design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions for identifying and mitigating cyber threats. Primary responsibilities include developing neural networks and natural language processing (NLP) models, conducting research to improve pattern recognition, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI technologies into our cybersecurity platform. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
You'll Work on
- Architecting and extending our Agentic AI framework — coordinating specialized agents for enrichment, correlation, and response.
- Building pipelines using Anthropic Agentic SDK , OpenAI APIs , and Groq inference systems .
- Integrating AI workflows with Google Threat Intelligence (GTI) and other threat data sources (MISP, OTX, Abuse.Ch, etc.).
- Creating retrieval + reasoning stacks using Mem0 and Elasticsearch for context persistence and fast query recall.
- Working closely with the Detection Engineering and MITRE ATT&CK teams to translate SOC logic into structured agent reasoning.
- Deploying, testing, and optimizing models in Linux / Ubuntu VM environments with Redis caching and internal monitoring.
- Supporting the UI / Agent interaction layer with React and real-time AI visualization.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Python and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Anthropic SDK, or similar).Hands-on with multi-agent AI systems , prompt orchestration, and API-based reasoning loops.Familiarity with Groq hardware acceleration or similar inference optimization platforms.Understanding of threat intelligence models , data correlation, and SecOps automation.Knowledge of vector search, Mem0, Elasticsearch, Redis, and message-queue pipelines .Experience deploying on Linux / Ubuntu , managing AI containers, and caching layers.Bonus : ReactJS experience to contribute to our live AI control panel.Qualifications
Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP)In-depth knowledge of Neural Networks and their applicationsStrong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principlesProficiency in Software Development, including coding, debugging, and optimizationAbility to collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environmentExperience with cybersecurity or threat intelligence solutions is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical fieldIf you’ve been experimenting with agentic AI , security data fusion , or AI systems that can reason about cyber threats — this is your chance to build it for real.
