Lead Application Solutions Architect

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Application Manager with 8–10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Admin, Operations and Legal functions within the Indian insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox , SAP Treasury , and support for IFRS programs , along with strong exposure to regulatory interactions (UIDAI, Aadhaar). This role demands excellent vendor and budget management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management .

Key Responsibilities :

Application Ownership & Management :

• Oversee end-to- end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).
• Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
• Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native application
• Experience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWS
• Know how of AI & Agentic AI application use cases
• Evaluation and development of new applications
