Associate Software Engineer - Biological Studies (In Vivo)

As an Associate Software Engineer specializing in Biological Studies ( In Vivo ), you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions for research scientists. You will be a key part of a multi-functional team that leverages technology and data to evaluate drug candidates and assess their biological impact. This team is responsible for implementing scientific software platforms that enable the capture, analysis, and reporting of in vivo studies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and full-stack software engineering experience, with a background in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development : Design, develop, and implement applications, custom reports, and enhancements. You will analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into software architecture and design specifications.
• Full-Stack Development : Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology. You will also work on integrating with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Quality Assurance : Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests, and other testing strategies to ensure software quality. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving software bugs and performance issues.
• Collaboration & Innovation : Work closely with the product team, scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time. You will also have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies.
• System Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. This includes automating operations, monitoring system health, and responding to incidents to minimize downtime.
