Timings : 10 : 00am to 7 : 00pm

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 0–2 years (Freshers may apply)

Industry : (E.g., BPO, Finance, Education, Real Estate, etc.)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telly Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products / services, generate leads, or resolve customer queries over the phone.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective clients / customers.
Inform customers about products / services and explain benefits.
Generate and maintain leads, update CRM or call logs.
Follow up on previous interactions for closures or feedback.
Handle customer queries, objections, or complaints professionally.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
Meet daily / weekly / monthly targets.

Requirements :

Minimum qualification : 10th / 12th pass or any graduate.

Good communication skills in (English / Hindi / Regional Language).

Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills :

Previous experience in telemarketing / sales / customer service.

Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult calls.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
