Job Summary :
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telly Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products / services, generate leads, or resolve customer queries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients / customers.
- Inform customers about products / services and explain benefits.
- Generate and maintain leads, update CRM or call logs.
- Follow up on previous interactions for closures or feedback.
- Handle customer queries, objections, or complaints professionally.
- Maintain call records and daily reports.
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly targets.
Requirements :
Minimum qualification : 10th / 12th pass or any graduate.Good communication skills in (English / Hindi / Regional Language).Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.Preferred Skills :
Previous experience in telemarketing / sales / customer service.Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult calls.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Benefits :
