Job description

Immediate Joiners : 3-5 Years

Location Bangalore

Work Mode : 5 days office (Mandatory)

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in banking or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and documentation
  • Proven experience in translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Proficient in writing and reviewing SQL queries for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with AWS data services such as Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena, and Lambda
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data lakes, and cloud-based data warehousing solutions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently or in a team

PREFERRED / GOOD TO HAVE :

  • Familiarity with data modelling concepts including star / snowflake schemas
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines in cloud environments
  • Experience working in an onshore / offshore delivery model

    • ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
  • Support data mapping, transformation logic, and validation for AWS-based ETL processes
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system changes
  • Assist in the design and validation of data models and reporting outputs
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and compliance standards
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding
