Job Description :

We are seeking enthusiastic Entry-Level and Mid-Level Operators and Programmers to join our dynamic team. You will work on creating and operating real-time visual effects, lighting setups, laser shows, and 3D content integrated with AI systems for our state-of-the-art nightclub. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects using industry-leading tools in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, program, and operate visual effects, lighting, and multimedia content using tools like Resolume, TouchDesigner, Notch VFX, Pangolin Beyond, Avolite Arena, Cinema4D, and Houdini.
• Integrate AI-driven elements to automate and enhance live performances, crowd interactions, and immersive experiences.
• Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot, optimize, and deploy setups for nightly operations.
• Create custom visuals, animations, and effects tailored to themes, music, and events.
• Ensure seamless real-time execution during live shows, with a focus on reliability and innovation.
• For Mid-Level roles : Mentor entry-level team members, lead small projects, and contribute to system architecture.
