We’re Hiring : School Exhibition Program Counsellor

Location : Mumbai (Vile Parle) + On-site School Visits

Employment Type : Full-Time | Field-Based

Experience Required : 1+ Year

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Program Counsellor to conduct school exhibition awareness sessions focused on child safety, cyber awareness, and mental well-being. The role includes both on-ground school sessions and coordination of program logistics.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate with schools via calls / emails to schedule awareness sessions

✅ Organize session materials, logistics, and maintain session calendars

✅ Conduct engaging and age-appropriate sessions for students (Primary to High School)

✅ Interact professionally with teachers, school counsellors, and staff

✅ Maintain reports, feedback, and session summaries

✅ Share inputs to improve content and student engagement

Who Can Apply?

• Required :

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience working with students or in school programs

Strong communication and public-speaking skills

Empathy, patience, and ability to handle diverse age groups

Basic email communication and coordination skills.
