Job description3+ years experience managing WordPress sites with custom themes. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Solid understanding of PHP in a WordPress environment. Working knowledge of analytics tools. Experience working with custom post types and taxonomies. Familiarity with version control and deployment workflows. Working knowledge of CRO strategies and tools. Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and accessibility standards. Meticulous attention to detail.
Optimize our website for seamless user experiences and optimal performance. We're seeking a detail-oriented specialist to maintain and improve our custom WordPress site.
Maintaining and updating our custom-coded WordPress theme requires direct work with template files, functions, and custom fields. You'll collaborate with the marketing team to publish and optimize new landing pages, blog content, and conversion assets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Theme Maintenance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to publish and optimize new content.
- Run regular site audits to identify UX issues and page speed problems.
- Conduct market research and propose ideas to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and improve site performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and theme functions.
- Set up and manage integrations.
- Track and report on website metrics and user behavior.
- Maintain technical documentation of site architecture.
