We are hiring a

Lead AI Artist

to help build next-generation storytelling using generative AI. This is a

full-time, on-site role in Bangalore .

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of experience in

film, television, advertising, animation, or post-production

Experience as a

Director, Editor, Assistant Director, Animation Director, Creative Director, or Promo Director

A strong filmmaking reel with

solo-directed or edited projects

Background in

short films, promos, ads, branded videos, documentaries, or animations

Strong sense of

visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and tone

Passion for genre storytelling

Horror, sci-fi, slasher, creature

OR comedy, romance

What We’re Looking For

Tech-driven, curious creators eager to experiment with new tools

Interest in

AI filmmaking, AI animation, and generative workflows

Ability to blend creativity with technology to build unique visual styles

Heavy consumer of

global films, OTT originals, anime, and animation

Understanding of modern trends in

visual style and world-building

Bonus : Strong passion for

anime and manga

Must Have

An

AI-focused portfolio

showcasing :

AI animations or video sequences

AI concept art, scenes, or worlds

AI character designs

Work created using

Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion , etc.
