Responsibilities :
- Lead the Newton School of Technology campus.
- Manage its strategy, identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals, and ensure effective communication within and across teams
- Manage PL and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinate initiatives with the central program team
- Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students progress and drive outcomes. This role requires working in close synergy with the academic team
- Setup processes and constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery
- Manager campus students experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding
- Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes
- Manage strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university
Requirements :
Minimum experience of 8+ years of experience in Category ManagementBachelors degree in Computer Science, with prior software development experience is preferredGoal-driven and works well in fast-paced environmentsBalance between setting up long-term processes while also hacking your way through achieving goals in the short termEmpathy toward students and desire for aspirational outcomes for all studentsExcellent communication interpersonal skills. Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders.Skills Required
